Our take

Frontier Unbreakable Wi-Fi suits a household already on Frontier internet that wants the cheapest standby, at $25 a month, with equipment included and no contract. It switches over by itself, which Verizon Wi-Fi Backup does not. Spectrum Invincible WiFi and Verizon Wi-Fi Backup both list $30 a month before their conditional discounts, and both give more data: Frontier's allowance is 130GB per billing cycle, after which the backup turns off. That cap is the catch, and the page does not name the cellular carrier behind it.
